Returns

Due to the nature of Casa Fresh products we do have restrictions on returns. We cannot accept any opened products as a return. If you change your mind about your order, you will have 14 working days from receiving your order to return it. All packaging must be intact for the return to be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.

If you receive the wrong item in your order, for example the wrong scent, then please let us know.
